I had a lot of ideas for my music video, and at first I planned to do a song by The Smiths. I went out and created some rushes for the song I'd planned, and experimented with reversing the film and changing frame rate, but eventually I decided not to use the song. You can see my rushes here:
I drew on my experience from making other music videos, and decided to do both practice a video that carried a message, and one that was more narrative based. I took my DSLR camera and made this music video to practice before making the real one. The result were these videos:

Eventually I settled on a mix of both narrative and carrying a message, and I've decided to create a music video for 'The Cave' by Mumford and Sons. I conducted heavy research into the song, and found that it was based on Plato's Allegory of the Cave, and I have based my music video around this, but brought it up to the modern day, and put my own adaptation on it
